News flash: Rumor is that the middle school play/musical will be “The Princess and the Pea.”

Cassie: Ooooh. That sounds like it’s going to be a good one. You’d make a beautiful princess. Or a pea. You could be an excellent pea.

Chloe: Everyone gets a part, Mom.

Cassie: Don’t you want to be the princess? Don’t you want a big part?

Chloe: Not necessarily. I want the part that’s going to make me do things I might never have done before on stage….like risky stuff or funny stuff.

Cassie: What are you, an actress or something?
