Recently we caught Charlie in the act of adding ingredients to what we were cooking for dinner on the stove. A pinch of salt here, a toss of pepper there….

“Scott, did you just see that? He just threw something in the sauce? Charlie come back here! Hey, what WAS that…salt, right?”

“Yea, I saw that. Yes…salt….I think. He does that from time to time. Adds spices and zips outta the room like a rat.”

“How long has he been doing this spicing?”

“God only knows.”

“Has he done that to me…and I just didn’t notice?”

“Probably.”

“Jesus.”

“Yea.”
